Ceda offers educational and social opportunities to disabled adults it runs a holiday scheme, Buddy scheme and After School club for children and young people. They also have an internet cafe and a range of evening classes and weekend courses called 'After Hours,' for disabled people.

CEDA operates out of a fully accessible building which is owned by The Clare Milne Trust.
