Therapeutic Activities is a constant battle between just entertaining and actually providing Therapeutic Stimulus.
This means that there needs to be NEW Ideas, Games, Crafts, Reminiscing, Visual and Audio with almost every session. In some cases due to physical impairments, one session alone may need to be split slightly differently to compensate.
I and many of the other Activity Providers have constantly battled to supply Activities which are fresh and at the same time can meet the budget of either the Activity provider or the homes, depending on how the activities are funded.
I have been constantly searching for new activities, crafts, games etc and have now come up with a range of items which can help anyone working as an Activity Provider, and beyond.

Using music and improvisational storytelling to communicate and engage, Jammy Voo encourages an interactive atmosphere for all to enjoy. This is a shared experience intended to include and integrate performance within the setting of residential homes.
Jammy Voo delights in audience participation and will come ready with hats, scarves, and costume bits to share! By the end of the hour everyone will be festively dressed, singing, smiling and ready for the holidays!
